Pasta with seafood in white wine sauce
If you are a lover of pasta and seafood then this recipe will definitely be on your liking.
You need:
300 g spaghetti
20 g seafood
30 g cherry tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
50 g parmesan cheese
100 ml white wine
50 g butter
parsley
parmesan
Cook the pasta in hot water according to the instructions on the box. In the meantime, put the butter in a large pan, then put the seafood that has been thoroughly washed before, until it starts to change colour (it turns slightly pink). Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, white wine, salt and pepper. When the pasta has cooked, put it on top of the seafood, if you think it is still necessary, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of the water in which the pasta was boiled. Let everything simmer for another 5-7 minutes and then they are ready to serve.
Add parmesan cheese and parsley.
